The National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period  to 2030 is based on the provisions of the Constitution, the Law "On state forecasts, concepts, policies and programs of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan" and in accordance with long-term goals and national development priorities in Founder messages of peace and national accord - Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to Majlisi Oli of the letters P republics of Tajikistan in 2014 and 2015.
