Administration Services

The administration of FEZ assists at all stages of implementation projects of subjects.

Administration of FEZ within the limits of their authority in accordance with the Rules of FEZ offer such services for subjects:

• protection of interests of FEZ subjects;

• creating favorable conditions for attracting domestic and foreign investments and other resources;

• provision of land for rent to FEZ entities, as well as other facilities;

• creation of information centers, business incubators, warehouses, office buildings, industrial buildings and other facilities necessary for the effective functioning and development of FEZ;

• coordination of scientific, design, industrial, construction and other domestic and foreign organizations involved in the organization and operation of the FEZ;

• review of business plans and investment projects of applicants;

• granting of documents to the entrants confirming a place and the legal address in FEZ;

• regulation of FEZ relations with the international market;

• organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for the zone, to participate in the implementation of the state policy in the field of human resources development, youth employment and migration policy in the region;

• organization of consultations, conferences, seminars, etc .;

• issuing certificates to FEZ subjects;

• services for obtaining and updating entry and exit visas, which are implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
